Privacy policy
This policy explains what [Company legal name] ("PATH", "we") collects when you use path.trading and the PATH apps, why, and your choices.
- What we collect. Your email address, name and sign-in details (a password hash, or the account identifier Google, Apple or X gives us); your country and region from your connection; your orders, balances, deposits, withdrawals and the payout details you enter; device and usage information needed to run and secure the service.
- Payments. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
- Why we use it. To create and secure your account, execute your orders, deliver deposits and withdrawals, meet legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and send you service emails such as password resets.
- Who we share it with. Service providers acting for us (hosting, database, email, payments, identity verification) and the trading venues and networks your orders are sent to. Blockchain transactions are public by design. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
- How long we keep it. For as long as your account is open and afterwards as long as financial record-keeping laws require.
- Your choices. You can update your profile in Settings, and ask us for a copy of your data or to close your account and delete what the law allows us to delete.
- Security. Account signing keys are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
